Production equipment

A connected route from printing to finished rolls.

Machine routing depends on the substrate, artwork, finishing requirements, quantity and final supply format. Buyers may request detailed equipment information during project review or arrange a factory audit.

Label printing systems
Production routing is selected around the face material, artwork, color requirements and order quantity.

Lamination & finishing
Protective films, foil and selected decorative finishes are coordinated with the approved construction.

Die-cutting & converting
Cutting, stripping and converting prepare labels to the approved shape and liner specification.

Slitting & rewinding
Finished labels are prepared to the required width, core, roll size and winding direction.

Checks placed throughout production.

Quality control follows the approved job from incoming materials through printing, converting and final packing release.

Incoming materials
Face stock, adhesive, liner and required printing materials are checked against the confirmed job.

First-piece review
Initial output is reviewed for position, visible color direction, finish and die-cut alignment.

In-process inspection
Operators monitor print clarity, registration, converting and visible consistency during production.

Final release
Finished labels are checked for appearance, quantity, roll format, identification and packing.
